Terms and Conditions
1. Insurance and Indemnity. As tuition is given on board your boat, it is a condition of our insurance that your boat is adequately insured against third party risks. We will require you to sign our insurance and indemnity form before departure.
2. Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel tuition, at our discretion, in circumstances such as: Your boat being, or becoming, un-seaworthy. Unsuitable or unsafe weather conditions.
3. Crew. So you can derive maximum benefit from our tuition, we may possibly suggest that you restrict how many crew you have on board, depending on the size of your boat. However, you do need to have at least one other able-bodied adult crew member with you.
4. Charges. Our daily tuition rates vary between low and high season and also mid-week and weekends. We can, occasionally, offer half day tuition but only in the Falmouth area. If we are required to meet you further away there will be an additional charge to cover any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred.
